What we collect

If you join the list, we store your email address, signup time and the version of the consent wording you agreed to. We use this to contact you about Yardspur pilot access. Joining does not create a paid account or commit you to a subscription.

Your choice

We rely on your consent for pilot emails. You can withdraw it, ask for a copy or correction of your information, or request deletion by emailing the address above. We will remove you from the active list on request. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Where it goes

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the signup list on our behalf. It processes connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site; we use IP addresses for short-lived rate limiting. A hashed, minute-specific identifier is stored for this protection and deleted by the daily cleanup; raw IP addresses are not stored in our signup database. This infrastructure may process data outside the UK. We do not sell the signup list or send signup addresses to an AI model.

How long we keep it

We retain your signup while arranging pilot access, for up to 12 months unless you choose to continue. Deleted records may remain briefly in provider backups until those backups expire.

Cookies and fonts

This landing page does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives connection information when your browser requests them. Your browser may cache website files.

Using the product

The product's email, WhatsApp and Calendar connections require separate setup and permissions. Signing up here does not grant Yardspur access to any of those accounts.
